The Valuation Group, Inc. is an established Minnesota commercial real estate appraisal service company that has highly qualified commercial appraisers to handle your commercial real estate appraisal needs. All four of the principals and a number of the staff commercial real estate appraisers hold the highest commercial appraiser level of State of Minnesota licensing - Certified General Real Property Appraiser.

A Certified General Real Property Appraiser is a title given to only those who satisfy strict educational and experience requirements in the State of Minnesota. Through education, experience and testing, the State of Minnesota licenses commercial real estate appraisers. There are approximately 5,500 active licensed appraisers within Minnesota, of which only 631 hold the highest Certified General Real Property Appraiser designation.

Furthermore, all of the four principals hold the prestigious MAI designation (Member Appraisal Institute) from the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, IL, long considered a real estate industry standard. The principles have over 120 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
